If too much Product is being Used:
- Check all toilets, sinks and shower heads for leaks. An extremely low flow of water could cause too much of the product to be dispensed.
- If the water usage is frequently on/off as opposed to a continual flow, it is possible to get some distortion of the venturi, resulting in use of too much product.
- Water used upstream of the unit may siphon product out of the unit. Installing a check valve before the inlet side of the unit will solve this problem.
If too little Product is being Used:
- Venturi holes may become clogged from foreign material. Turn off water supply and relieve the water pressure by turning on outlet downstream of the unit. Remove the cartridge housing and clean the two small feed holes in the bottom of the dispenser head. Turn on water supply and two small streams of water should be visible from the dispenser head. Replace the cartridge and resume use.
